Zelmer can be a strong DPS nuker against individuals particular heavily debuffed enemies.
Each debuff afflicting an enemy provides Zelmer’s “nuke” – Scarlet Tides – with a significant damage bonus.
A critical with Hunter will inflict Bleed whereas Beast Attack has a chance of reducing enemy DEF.
